General Information Latest Update：October 6, 2008 Organizers: Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) TAITRA is Taiwan's foremost non-profit trade promotion organization and was founded in 1970 to help promote foreign trade.  Our efforts embrace market promotion, compiling and publishing trade information, organizing exhibitions, offering convention services, providing trade education and Taiwantrade, and e-Trading Hub Services. In 1973, when ITRI was founded, there was very little high-tech industry in Taiwan. Today, Taiwan is a world-class player in semiconductors, personal computers, and many other high-tech sectors.
